Just wondering, had the Steelers won and Patriots lost, how did they have the tiebreaker over Patriots???

You mean if they would have won against the Patriots in that head to head matchup a few weeks ago?

They would have held the tiebreaker then because they beat them head to head.

That's what I thought, but no, according to everything on the TV and what I read, Patriots played their starters this week because they hadn't yet locked in the first seed.

Lol I'm an idiot. They were both 12-3. I thought Patriots had a game up.

If NE lost theyd be 12-4 and Pitt would be 13-3. Better record, better seed.
