Yeldon underappreciated?

He is nothing special, we should look for a good backup.

Because this league is about what have you done for me lately.  Not what did you do a few years back.  Ivory has an issure with ball security as well.  Im hoping for Yeldon is was just a little stint that he has moved passed
Still can't throw it out the window though.
Ivory definitely has fumbling issues. I feel he's going to cough it up every time he touches the ball.

I'm enjoying how many on this board were clamoring for his release in camp, or to trade him at the deadline. The running back rotation with Chris Ivory as the top backup looks a little different and a lot worse than having Yeldon in there with Fournette.

That said, we need all four backs this weekend. Keep rotating guys out to keep the runners fresh, because the thought of letting Blake get into a shootout with Tom Brady scares me.

Rotating multiple guys in and out at RB isn't always a good thing though. I'd rather ride the hot hand, if one of them get going, rather than rotating them all game long.

And who exactly would you prefer as a backup? The guy averaged 5.2 ypc this season in his role. When you factor in his catches I think his Yards Per Touch were something like 8. He's a perfect backup/rotational back and one of the better backs in pass protection.

The offensive line is more underrated than Yeldon. They have been lights out. You are an absolute fool to think otherwise.

I think he meant the past couple years when all the backs struggled and the line was a mess.

No doubt the OL has been awesome this year.

I believe he's referring to previous seasons and not so much this season.

Yeldon's rookie season is pretty impressive when you go back and look at just how god awful that OL was.
