NFL doesn't know what to think. Just last week Rosenthal ranked 32 QB's. Bortles wasn't even ranked on it. He had guys that currently don't have a job, haven't started an NFL regular season from start to finish or have missed football for roughly the past two years on there but not him.

It's because of the still elite D and when we draft Roquan Smith and Derwin James, they'll have to rank the Jaguars #1.
