Apparently there was another injury and he opted to retire. Jocoby Brissett is there QB as of now. I see another 20 sack performance since we see them twice. If we can just figure out the [Bleep] Titans and split with the Texans we could sneak into the playoffs. What a turn of events for the entire AFC South division. The year we faced Brissett, we obliterated him. I think he was holding onto the ball way too long because of the different looks we were showing him. Just because Gabbert, Leftwich, Bortles all gets a new coach, they still stink. Bortles has the same throwing motion with Gus and Marrone. Nothing changes, except the verbiage and the timing of when plays are called. It’s all the same stuff. On the other hand, I will agree with you about the improvement of their offensive line. If Brissett doesn’t get the ball out against us, then he’s gonna have a long day. |
