I thought about this as well. It’s great advertising for the team even if it’s negative. It made TNF even more exciting to watch to see if Ramsey plays or not. 

It’s not like this team had a great reputation prior to this news. Ratings ratings ratings!

So, basically, everyone checks PFT after the first play to see if Ramsey's out there or not, then they go back to not caring about the annual Jags-Titans "sorry guys, we had to air this" game?
