He was pulled over three weeks ago and weed was in his car.

Is that something stupid?

I guess not because he would be suspended by now, NFLPA probably has rules about why is reasonable for another test. They have really relaxed the rules in recent years for non PED drug testing.

The first incident doesn't automatically get you suspended, but it does get you placed into the "we show up at your house ten times a week and you have to pee into a cup" program.
