Todd Wash to Detroit
|
This man is officially someone else's problem now.
(He'll likely do fine as a D-Line coach there) https://twitter.com/pfrumors/status/1357...79264?s=20 We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
The NFL: Where you can be absolutely awful at your job and people are lining up to keep you around.
Sounds like Washington D.C. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
If the plan is to bite the opponents kneecaps off then it really won’t matter how good or bad Wash is at his job. Smart move by him to go there.
Hold up...
We just hired Todd Wash again ... Check that - it’s “Todd Washington” https://twitter.com/twashington757/statu...94304?s=21

The Lions hiring Todd Wash as Defensive Line Coach very likely is because new Lions Senior Defensive Assistant Dom Capers and Wash worked together in Jacksonville in 2019. Capers' influence with the Lions appears to have already been substantial. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! So many of these coaches are "one degree of Kevin Bacon" from one another. Happy Birthday, BTW!
Thanks, NYC4Jags!
I also forgot about the Don Capers link in Jacksonville with Todd Wash until seeing this article a few days ago. https://lionswire.usatoday.com/2021/02/0...t-coaches/ It's already been an eventful off-season for the Jaguars and Lions. Including, Darrell Bevell and Joe Cullen ( via the Baltimore Ravens ) ending up in Jacksonville and Todd Wash and Mark Brunell ( via the Episcopal School of Jacksonville ) ending up in Detroit. |
