Just goes out there and has fun competing and that's what it's all about man! Isn't that great? Doesn't it feel great? We saw some great growth from Skoots out there man! Some great growth! You nailed it.  I think that's why he's such a good fit here instead of San Fran where he was playing in a city that has a history of playoffs and super bowl victories.  We're about energy & learning opportunities.
