My point was they have a lot of talent on that team but haven't done much with it, I didn't say anything bad about the GM.  There is a reason they want Rhule gone.

Just like there are some people that want Tomlin or Pete Carrol fired. That "point" you're trying to make means nothing.

Not to mention Rhule is a bad coach for the NFL  Most knew that was a bad coaching hire and a head scratcher to say the least.  At least we bought in a proven coach with multiple college titles.  When you bring in a college coach, from a school like Baylor you are seeing what you get.  I'd take Meyer over Rhule any day

At this point neither is a success.  I don’t think either will end up making it over the hump and becoming good NFL coaches.

I don’t watch enough Carolina football to know this.  Did Rhule even field a team as poorly prepared as we looked against Houston and Seattle?

The games in his first year look pretty competitive.  I know I would have a very different feeling towards Urban if we had that trajectory. 

This year a couple of the Panthers games look bad.  So maybe they are regressing.

Does anyone follow them closely?  The results look better for the Panthers, but final scores can be deceiving.

Last year they transitioned from Cam and that was a big deal. They had Teddy and he wasn't bad but also not good enough. This year they've tried to reclaim Darnold and he is bad. Like most teams they won't be successful until they find a QB no matter who is coaching them.

My husband was surprised they were actually winning. He was not a fan of the organization getting rid of Rivera and dislikes this coach.
