*** Official Draft Day Thread Round 1 ***

I like that the Jags were able to move up without using their pair of 3rds. PFF (draft simulator) now projects the following available in round 3....

RB: Dameone Pierce, James Cook, Zamir White
WR: Jalen Tolbert, Kyle Philips, Calvin Austin, Danny Gray, Alec Pierce, Khalil Shakir, David Bell
TE: Greg Dulcich, Jelani Woods, James Mitchell, Jeremy Ruckert, Cade Otton
OL: Luke Goedeke, Zach Tom, Jamaree Salyer, Dylan Parham, Kellen Diesch, Darian Kinnard, Sean Rhyan, Cam Jurgens
Edge: Kingsley Enagbare, Cameron Thomas, Dominique Robinson, Alex Wright, Deangelo Malone, Sam Williams
DL: Perrion Winfrey, Phidarian Mathis, Matthew Butler
LB: Brian Asamoah, Christian Harris, Channing Tindall, Brandon Smith
CB: Marcus Jones, Tariq Woolen, Jaylyn Armour-Davis, Damarri Mathis
S: Nick Cross, Bryan Cook, Kerby Joseph

There is a lot of desirable talent that is likely going to be available in round 3.

Jalen Tolbert WR
Nick Cross S
Luke Goedeke T/G
Zach Tom G
Jamaree Salyer G
Dylan Parham G/C

I don’t know enough about them

I don't recall which side Salyer played on in college, but if it was LG, he's the top of my list.
Zach Tom would fit our recent trend of drafting people with two first names (Trevor Lawrence, Devin Lloyd, Travon Walker) and has experience at both C and T. No in-game experience at guard, but I like the versatility he offers.
Tolbert would be 3rd on my board, S. Alabama is a different breed of Jaguar. Can we elevate his game to the pro level? He has measurables, but our WR room is already crowded and I dunno if the FO is willing to cast any of the recent acquisitions aside this year. Guys like Marvin and Viska would be in trouble if we take Tolbert.
[big gap]
Cross, Parham and Goedeke in some order. There might be other players at the same positions later in the darft that I prefer.
