Does the 1998 draft get enough credit?

I always hear about the 83 class with Marino, Elway, and Kelly, and a couple of other draft classes but I never hear anything about the 1998 class.

Here’s some notable players from that class:

Peyton Manning - HOF
Charles Woodson - HOF
Randy Moss - HOF
Fred Taylor - HOF (in the future)
Alan Faneca - HOF

Hines Ward
Pat Tillman
Patrick Surtain 3x Pro Bowl, 1 All Pro
Keith Brooking 5x Pro Bowl
Jeremiah Trotter 4x Pro Bowl, 1 All Pro

It’s not on the class of 83’s level but 98 could turn out to have 5 or 6 Hall of Fame players if a guy like Ward gets in down the line. Taylor gets in eventually. ‘83 had 7 HOF guys for comparison. ‘98 only had 1 HOF QB.
