The recent news of Brett Favre's deep involvement in a scandal where he and Mississippi politicians essentially stole money that was earmarked as welfare funds for the state's poorest residents and used millions to build a volleyball stadium were troubling, to say the least.  This video does a great job of breaking down what allegedly happened.  I used to be a fan of Mr. Favre, but those days are now over.

First I've heard anything about but that's pretty disturbing. From that video it sounds like gross abuse of power and nothing short of fraud. I'd venture to say there's so much of that happening every day it would make our heads explode if we knew about it.
