Biden scolds 'MAGA Republicans'

#1

Just keep alienating half of the country Biden..... I'm sure the people you're insulting will make every effort to show up at the polls in November........

Biden scolds 'MAGA Republicans' after 5th Circuit Court strikes down DACA, orders no new applicants

More than 600,000 immigrants are currently protected by DACA, though the court said no new applicants could be accepted

President Biden lashed out at a federal appeals court on Wednesday, after it ruled the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was illegally implemented by the Obama administration.

There was nothing legal about Obama creating a new legal status and issuing documents to people, neither of which were ever mentioned in statute.
Obama did have discretion to defer prosecution, though it was unwise for him to do so. But he went further. He attempted to force his successors to also defer prosecution, and that's not how any of this works. I'm surprised the courts haven't struck the whole scheme down, frankly.

Because the RINO's in the Senate are paying lip service to all of their constituents. They are the best at look at this hand, while slapping you with the other. That is why they ALL hate Trump and Representatives that are Trump like. The Republicans are playing the American people just like the Democrats are. Why do you think McConnell is not supporting MAGA candidates?  Think about what MAGA stands for, Make AMERICA Great Again. None of them want to make America great again, ever... They are globalist pigs that don't do anything unless it enriches them personally.

What is wrong with putting America first? If you are an American, why would you oppose that? Its not put WHITES first, its not put the RICH first, its put America first... Hello, anybody home? Why would any America side with any politician where that is not their first priority?

I don't get it, where's the disconnect

So what's the future for these people? 600,000 people who have never known anything but the United States, are we really going to deport them all, to countries they've never seen, and where they don't even speak the language? That would be crazy.

it starts off at 600k, ya? Then what? what about all kids being born here now? I don't know man, this was the plan all along.

For the last time, immigration is what this country has always been about. But in order to maintain order, the rule of law needs to mean something. If their parents broke the law to get here, then YES, they need to go back and apply to come back. Maybe they can be fast tracked or something.

Writing for a unanimous three-judge panel of the Fifth Circuit (with U.S. Circuit Judges James Ho and Kurt Engelhardt), Chief Judge Priscilla Richman found that President Obama did indeed circumvent Congress and evaded the limits imposed in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) when it enacted DACA in 2012. The court declared:

“Under the first factor, DACA’s deficiencies are severe. The district court’s excellent opinion correctly identified fundamental substantive defects in the program. The DACA Memorandum contradicts significant portions of the INA. There is no possibility that DHS could obviate these conflicts on remand.”

It's up to Congress to determine if these people should have to leave the country and try to come back legally, or if they can stay indefinitely with some ability to legally work.  I don't have a strong opinion on that, but the decision was completely beyond Obama's authority.
I will say that if Congress takes a soft approach on that, it will invite further illegal crossings, exactly as occurred from 2012 to 2016.  So any new law will have to have some disincentive or some negative to counter that.

Let's think about this for a minute.. Literally ANYTHING this butthole has said over his career, ranges everwhere from flat out turkeytarded to racist. Everyone knows that, even his supporters, whether they admit it or not, if they say that they don't then they are a LIAR. They supported him because of their hatred for Trump.

So really, whatever this guy says to do, I just do the safe thing and do the complete opposite. Same goes for his messages.. I.. don't.. listen to it.. He is what he spews (in my best Southie accent) GAWBIGE!!

Not that I like or agree with McConnell, but in his defense I would say that it has more to do with being a career political animal rather than an ideologue.  He probably sees “MAGA Republican” candidates and their agenda as uncompromising and not conducive to furthering his and the more moderate republican agenda which will require and is open to some level of compromise.  Some things are black and white, but this to me is just a shade of gray that you and I don’t find all that pleasing.

Maybe, but truthfully, I think it’s more nefarious than that. He answers to someone else and it ain’t his constituency…
