If the back up is in, the season is over. Like any team, it works that way. If we want to have a fun back up, the only answer is crab legs. Jameis going to throw 400 yards 3 tds 4 ints, and it’ll be can’t miss TV.

If you're talking about the backup QB you're talking like a loser.

Forget about the backup QB, make it a late round rookie you're taking a flyer on or a vet on a league minimum salary. If it's the rookie option you might even get lucky and find a Purdy or Romo.

Stop thinking about wasting money on a guy you're already screwed having in the game, and focus those resources on building the team to keep Trevor healthy.
