This pick has Tony Boselli written all over it.

3x Consensus All-American out of West Virginia. Moved from Right Tackle to Left Tackle and projects as a guard at the pro level.

Classic swing offensive lineman that will push guys like Ezra Cleveland for that interior starting spot, and also battle with Cooper Hodges for the other guard position. Can fill a void at both tackle positions. Definitely has starter ability.

Offers tons of value with being able to play guard or tackle. Plays with low pad level, initiates contact with pads vs hands only. Sturdy base, able to combo block to the 2nd and 3rd level. Needs to polish some things up like keeping his head up while blocking and staying with blocks. Solid base while in pass protection. Uses pads to open up holes, with ability to move the pile along with multiple defenders. Quick off the line. Gives that offensive line some much needed flexibility for the best 5 guys to protect Lawrence.

6’7 315 lbs - Jaguars don’t have many guys over the 300 pound mark. Value meets need pick.

Not sure what the contract looks like with Cleveland but Milum could be your week 1 starter.

Saw where someone called him the Manimal. Not many guys in the league that will be able to push this guy around.

Over 700+ snaps with 0 sacks alllowed, and 0 QB Hits, with just 6 QB hurries. Quality draft pick regardless of what round, this is a solid pick up. Big ol boy type of pick.

Great pick. He is a good player who has everything except for the ideal arm length. You never go wrong picking good football players. I think this guy eventually becomes a long term starter.
Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

Learn from the great collapse of 2023.
