1.I agree. We should be more aggressive rushing the passer. Maybe not blitzing all the time, but increasing the frequency would be welcome.


2.I agree here also. Possible is teams rarely keep "money" on the bench, meaning high priced players usually don't spend a lot of time "acquiring splinters".


3.I haven't dine any research in that area, but if the conversion rate is better than 50%, I say why not?

1. Have a meeting with Olson and Babich, set PF and PA goals in the game plan. Allow them to take chances to achieve those goals without penalty, using players they deem best to reach those goals.

2. No days off until improvement is seen (see #1 above).

3. Audition another kicker.
