its so easy,its simple.     there are a few steps though. 

 

 

 

Step 

 

 

1. Fire gus,and offense,and defense cordnaiters. 

 

 

 

 

2. Hire Mike Ditka as HC-expirenced HC

 

 

3. Hire Mark burnell as offenssive coach- knows how to play offensse,former jags QB

 

 

4. Hire John Hendserson as defense coach- Great defensive guy and has lots of Fire to share with the defense.

 

 

If the Jags were to do that,the team would start turning around by the forth game big time. It would show by game 2 even. With those guys leading us the team could go 2-2, or 3-1 depending on if we play a Super team then or not early.  Can you all imgiane if Jags did this?
