Instead of continuing to pour money into the black hole knows as the Skyway Express, just pave the tracks flat and use autonomous vehicles. It is a great idea, and would present the city with a LOT more flexibility than they have with the current outdated technology. The only negative I can see with this is that all the graft Corrine Brown built into the construction of the current system will no longer be enjoyed by anyone besides her lawyers.
