2008 to present

And sorry but still hate jeff fisher.

Unfortunately, this is probably the biggest issue.  In the ebb and flow of the league's architecture, you really have to knock it out with your high picks to get a great base of elite talent to rebuild with.  Here you can see that trying draft top 10 picks since 2008 just hasn't worked out: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Ja...raft_picks

Quote: if the team had hired jeff fisher we would have a winning team right now. we would've beaten the panthers. he is a real HC unlike the last couple we had here.

You should probably hop off that Jeff Fisher bandwagon.  The guy consistently coaches 8-8 bad teams.

Hell since 2003. Peyton was drafted in 1999 and is still playing. Those guy prior to 2008 should still be contributors. This is a major hole the team has dug.

Look at the rosters and the drafts. Why is this difficult to grasp?

the team he is coaching now doesn't have much talent. The jags have tons of talent on this team. we haven't ever had a HC that knows how to ultiaze a players talent. Jeff fisher does. 8 wins would be a lot better then what our last few HCS have ever gotton for us since JDR. Jeff fiser would've had us at 10-6 last season. and 12-4 this year. The team needs a real HC.   not losers. year after year losey gusey says same thing over, and over, and over. we need to improve here,we need t improve in this area. blah blah blah same old thing.

snowwolf titans owner in madden.

note titans owner means im undeafted againest them.

Disagree, snowy.

The Rams have a lot of talent on the defensive side of the ball and have for a few years now. It's the sole reason they've managed to stay somewhat competitive (especially within their division) despite everything else they have to deal with (inept offense, crazy owner, etc). The Rams and Bills are reminiscent of the 2012 Chiefs. If either team can find/manufacture any semblance of offensive stability and production, they're going to be incredibly hard to beat.

Quote:. I give Caldwell credit for assembling such a talented roster, from scratch too.
The jury is still out on how talented this team is

So it is a hung jury right now?

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.
