I agree too, with one caveat, that is insulting to the devil's poo. liberals are much much worse.

And this is why one should not be a liberal or a conservative.   One should examine each issue and each proposed solution on its own merits.    Is that so hard to do?   For some of you it is, apparently.   Apparently, for some of you, it's much easier to pick a team and then think whatever your thought leaders tell you to think.

Beat me to it. From the OP, I thought we might have a thread discussing some interesting issues. I was expecting at least one post by now by someone claiming (incorrectly, in my opinion) that using Federal forces (in a manner like the leaked memo regarding immigration action in those 11 states) would violate the Posse Comitatus act. Perhaps a bit about training needed to assume law enforcement abilities, or means of recording action such as body cameras. But no, instead it sounds like a group of 6th graders squabbling in the lunch room. I really like the idea of a political section on the message board, because the board attracts a wide variety of views. I only wish that folks could express their opinions with a bit of substance. Does anyone know of a discussion board that has folks from all viewpoints who can express themselves cogently without the antics we see here?
