You can almost always tell they are...... well.. what they are.

Uhhh...did you know the majority of transgendered people never have the surgery, and when they do results are varied?

How many have you seen, and how are you so sure you recognized them all?

Dr. Christine McGinn is an ex-Navy Surgeon who now performs gender reassignment surgery. Would you be uncomfortable if she used the bathroom in your home? Are you THAT insecure?
