They tanked for the pick. The only way they don't use the pick on Bridge is if another team gives them an RG3 type deal to trade out of the pick. That also is worth tanking for.

Texans trading down has very little to do with that.  As long as there are two teams drafting ahead of us.  Those are two possibilities a team takes Caldwell's preferred quarterback ahead of us.  What changed?
