I agree with Dane. Late round 3 to a contender who has a solid starter already is Boyd's sweet spot.

Quote:Boyd has had a disappointing season. He routinely locks on one receiver (Watkins) and tries to thread impossibly small windows. A big reason why they got clobbered by FSU. If Bridgewater had Watkins this year, every one would be talking about them both. Watkins would be a top 5.Imo they got beat by FSU and SC because the pass protection has been bad. Hes had a bad year? Based on what standards? He has 29 TD, 3400 yards and 166 rating. That is impressive. His career speaks for itself. We show less advertisements to registered users. Neither of these teams play defense. They may score 100 points between them.

Pretty throw. Anyone who says Boyd is afraid of the rush is out of their mind. He took it to the chops and still stepped into the throw and delivered a perfect strike to Sammy. It looks like good Tajh showed up tonight. When good Tajh shows up, Clemson is unbeatable. When bad Tajh shows up, they look completely inept on offense
10 years ago we had Bob Hope, Johnny Cash, and Steve Jobs..... Please don't die, Kevin Bacon.

Not a fan of that play call. Ohio state dropped 7 into coverage and chad Morris only sent two wrs out on deep routes. Way too long for those routes to develop with Tajh standing in his own end zone

One positive to the Jags drafting Boyd is Chad Morris runs a very similar offense to Jed Fisch.

Wide open....good play action.....plus they're worried about Watkins....opens things up for the other receivers
