Happy New Year, Jacksonville Jaguars fans!     Undefeated , 13-0 and  #1 ranked Florida State University Seminoles play the #2 ranked and 12-1 Auburn University Tigers for the Vizio  2014 Bowl Championship Series National Championship Game at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California.  ABC and ESPN Sports is televising the game with kickoff by 8:30PM Eastern Standard Time.

 

NO injuries to the student/athletes from both Florida State and Auburn Universities,  and GO NOLES!!!!!  :yes:    B)     :thumbsup:     ^_^

I hope a good singer was selected for the national anthem because the quartet at the Rose Bowl was horrible.

 

I also hope the officials are not going to penalize both teams on every drive like the AAC crew at the Orange Bowl did.

 

My prediction is the Seminoles win by a smaller margin than they are used to. I will root for FSU because I wanted Ohio State to go instead of Auburn.

The word bitter never came to mind, but this is the same reason I rooted for Stanford during the Rose Bowl - knowing MSU got there by beating OSU.
