Why complain about Blake today against Steelers?

As far as the season goes, Blake has been fine so far.  This is not to say that this could change.  I think that we all know we have a lot of football games left this year, and we'll need Blake to big in plenty of them for us to be successful.  He'll have plenty chances to keep his spot on the roster next year, or to play his way to the Free Agency list, only time will tell.

For today, quit complaining and be happy.  We just walloped a perennial playoff team in their house.  Soak it up, and think of the possibility of moving to 4-2 next week by beating the Rams at home.  After the preseason, I would imagine most of you wouldn't of thought that was possible.  I don't it's a coincidence that the people on here that are bringing up negative stuff about Blake hours after we run over a team are probably the same people that were predicting we would win 3-4 games this year.  I know that you are butt hurt about being so wrong, but get over it.  Your team is competitive for the first time in a long time.  Get on board!!!!!!!!!!!!

I couldnt agree more. The coaching staff made adjustments from last week when they clearly threw the ball too much and didnt let leonard just go when they needed. Today, even a qb the caliber of big ben couldn't put it together.(not taking anything away from our defense) but i feel if the weather conditions where different we may have been a bit more vulnerable to their passing attack. Point being, if we would have tryed to open blake's throwing game up, it would have been disastrous, at least IMO.

We threw the ball once in the second half, and i honestly, i would hope that even if our staff had brady, they would have done the same thing. We knew our D was balling out against big ben so we had a double edged sword. We controlled the clock on offense with our run game (they were out of timeouts with 4 min to go) and dared them to test us on D which was a treat to watch. Fournette is becoming that weapon that the jags havent had since the departure of mojo. We are starting to shape into a very "old skool coughlin" team that has some very uncanny comparisons to the teams he built and favored during his last jacksonville tour(stout Defense with smash mouth run offense).

Great to be a Jacksonville Jaguar. I think the arrow is absolutely pointing up for our team.

we will win when our defense forces turnovers, and lose when they dont

that simple

Me personally I haven't complained after this game because it is what it is. We know we're stuck with what we have at this point. I am getting extremely worried that if we have a decent season, we may not address the QB situation aggressively this off season. The QB is clearly the weakest link on this team. The defense is dominant but there will be more Titans games where we need the QB to give them something/anything. He has been given every opportunity to show that he can be the guy but he just doesn't have it. His inacuracy is stunning at times. Especially after four years. He can't even be counted on to simply dink and dunk. If he were even just manageable Fournettes game would easily be better as well. We win in spite of his play. I still cheer anytime he makes a completion but it doesn't erase the far more common inability to move the offense.

It's no coincidence that this team has only won when the defense scored touchdowns. When they haven't,(jets, titans) we lost. We won't beat the team's like the Chiefs or patriots by just running every play.

Just LOL if you think TC isn't going to make sure the QB situation is addressed this offseason (assuming there are any viable options in FA).
“It just shows what kind of team we are. We’re a tough team. We like contact. We’re very physical. We want the issue to be brought to us so we can show people we can stand up to it and overcome it. Seeing that’s just a symbol of our team and who we are.” - Jaguars DT Malik Jackson

Jag fans like Brooklyn really don't know much about football. I'm gonna laugh VERY HARD when Coughlin brings back Bortles next year and drafts ALL O-LINE and WRs.
