His lack of talent, when mixed with the distraction factor, is not going to get him signed. People just can’t seem to accept he’s not that good. It doesn't matter if he could prove it, the NFL has a labor exemption that will be found to permit their actions. They aren't subject to discrimination or anti-trust laws like normal businesses when it comes to players unless it's specifically spelled out in the CBA. “An empty vessel makes the loudest sound, so they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers.”. - Plato

Because they dont/didnt actually care about Kaeps point and just wanted some attention.

Every player who does something made it very clear he is doing it for the same reason Kaepernick did.

Kaep is the only bad player who protested then opted out of his contract after losing his job to Gabbert. No one was released because he protested, but Kaep isnt good enough to be signed off the street after doing so. The owners are trying to have it both ways and are going to anger EVERYONE eventually. “An empty vessel makes the loudest sound, so they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers.”. - Plato

And not just a run first QB. The ones to compare should be RG3, Tebow, Manziel, Vick, Etc. How many of them are starting QBS? Read option was exposed. And that's why he is not on a team. He was about to be on Seattle and let go. Due to wilson could throw. He could not.

Since when is a back-up quality QB worth all of the negativity that will come with signing him? Dude averages 185 YPG and has 72 TDs over 6 seasons. He's garbage and still riding the coattails of his 2013 season when everyone thought he was one of the promising young QBs. He's garbage. |
