I don't think they share the 1a and 1b. Jameis won the Heisman, National championship, and went undefeated in his first year as a starter as a redshirt freshman. That to me trumps what Charlie Ward did.

Cam Newton also has 2 national championships. Just as many as Tebow. Annnnd his own signature cleat, which is one more than Tebow has so if Tebow = good then Cam = more good.

I agree he could certainly use more experience and coaching before making the move to the NFL, but he has some ability, and it was evident even in the midst of a bad first half.
