Based on that Cunningham all day.(12-02-2017, 04:45 PM)Brett Wrote: Yeah, I understood that but I'm saying what's the cut off for how this list was made? Like let's say Garoppolo only runs twice this weekend but he averages 10 yards on those 2 carries...would he make this list?

In terms of yards per attempt, Bortles is second behind Vick. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/p...son_end=-1&[BLEEP]%5B%5D=qb&draft_year_min=1936&draft_year_max=2017&draft_slot_min=1&draft_slot_max=500&draft_pick_in_round=pick_overall&conference=any&draft_pos%5B%5D=qb&draft_pos%5B%5D=rb&draft_pos%5B%5D=wr&draft_pos%5B%5D=te&draft_pos%5B%5D=e&draft_pos%5B%5D=t&draft_pos%5B%5D=g&draft_pos%5B%5D=c&draft_pos%5B%5D=ol&draft_pos%5B%5D=dt&draft_pos%5B%5D=de&draft_pos%5B%5D=dl&draft_pos%5B%5D=ilb&draft_pos%5B%5D=olb&draft_pos%5B%5D=lb&draft_pos%5B%5D=cb&draft_pos%5B%5D=s&draft_pos%5B%5D=db&draft_pos%5B%5D=k&draft_pos%5B%5D=p&c1stat=rush_att&c1comp=gt&c1val=200&c5val=1.0&order_by=rush_yds_per_att
He sacrifices his body on a lot more of those runs than he might too. He runs with the pride of someone who knows they may not be a starter much longer. He's taking hits that are literally taking months if not years off his life, and he just climbs back up and hustles back to the huddle. Gabbert never did that. Gabbert had that "I can still be a journeyman" attitude, which is not unintelligent to be fair. He will live a longer life than someone like Bortles.
Seriously, this isn't even just about blowing smoke for Blake. Some of those head first dives got me thinking the boy is insane. I can practically hear him screaming to his teammates "DO YOU WANT TO LIVE FOREVER?" I'm sure many of you don't care or even some of you think "Good! cuz the sooner Blake breaks his neck, the sooner we get a 'real' quarterback." Ye of little faith. RIP Blake Bortles 1989-2soon For Blake so loved football, he gave his only begotten spine, much to the apathy of a jaded brand of sports-fan who cares more about fantasy pts earned by other players around the league, and remarks with a nonplussed air "So does this mean Cousins is a lock now?"
Cant wait to have 2 of the top 3 when Lamar Jackson-ville comes to town next year

Yes, based on a minimum of 200 rushes, which both Bortles and Cunningham pass. Bortles has 210 rushes for an average of 6.53 YPA, Cunningham has 775 rushes for an average of 6.36 YPA. You seemingly aren't intelligent enough to either click on the link or read the chart provided in the link, so allow me to make it easy for you. 6.53 YPA is a higher average than 6.36 YPA, meaning Bortles currently has a higher career average than Cunningham. Bortles is also currently second behind Vick's 7 YPA. Enough with this "debate," if you don't understand it by now there's no use continuing on.

What ya trying to do is average one in middle school and put on same as high school. Parents do this all the time. A huge mistake. Why not average the first 200 runs between the two? Not based on 700 and 200.
