Robinson is the focus. You simply do not let him go, no matter what. Franchise tag is very likely for him.

I think they let Lee hit FA and see where his market sits. Of course Lee would be nice to keep, but I think it's just a numbers game $$ wise at this point and he's out because of that. Simply can't pay everybody and it doesn't help his case that these young guys are showing quite a bit of potential. Plus being UDFAs and a 4th round pick, they aren't taking up much cap space at all.

Robinson
Hurns
Cole
Westbrook
Mickens

That looks like a perfectly good group going into next season.

Then you could add Benn as the 6th if you want, to keep him for his ST ability.

Greene is still under contract cheap for another year also should he make it through camp.

Yea of course the list will be much longer once the roster goes back to 90, but he's going to have to really show up this off season if he's going to make any noise. Expectations are going to be very high going into next season with the way these 3 young guys are playing right now.

I LOVE these young guys. But we do need someone with a little veteran experience for the playoffs. Hurns or Lee. Both would be awesome and give us great depth.

I hope Hurns is healthy for the tacks game to knock some rust off
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS

Greene is still a very capable receiver. He gives you nice hands, quickness, and return ability. He also has break away speed. Not a blazer but he can run away from guys.

He is cheap enough to keep as a 4th or 5th or even a 6th.

I think no matter what, Arob gets a long term deal. He's done enough to get that. And we are in need of a true number 1. He made us all forget about Blackmon when he went for 1400 yards back in 2015.

In 2015 and 2016 Allen Robinson has scored a total of 20 TDs....let me repeat that.....20 Touchdowns!

You don't let that walk away from your team. Oh did I mention he still isn't in his prime yet.

Lol, Greene is not a capable receiver and doesn't have nice hands.  He has 125 career receiving yards an 5 career fumbles.  He is more of a liability than anything, he will be gone season end

He's only 3 months older than Westbrook.

Mickens is an aberration.

I'm glad that aberration is on our team.

I've watched Greene make plays in college. And I've watched him tilt a game with 1 punt return. He's not bad as a 5th or 6th option.

I agree with this and hopefully Wynn is eligible to go on the practice squad in case someone gets injured.
I hope they keep Hurns, but wouldn't be shocked if they let him go to save $9 million in salary cap money.

I don't think Lee matters anymore at this point.

Lee is the type of guy that could ruin a game. Northcutt's drop up in New England comes to mind.

I say let these young bucks run with it. Cole can absolutely take the top off with his speed. Westbrook seems like he could explode at any point now. Man I wish Arob was with us right now. But with our Horse at RB, we will make it work.

I posted on twitter a couple of weeks back that Westbrook will have breakout game in wk 17 and I'm still confident he will... watch that space!

Greene is a nice punt returner, but at this point, who does he displace on the roster by 2018 training camp?

Can you say he's shown more than Mickens as a returner or receiver?

He certainly doesn't have the deep speed Cole has.

Does he have the speed or route running ability as Westbrook?

Can he cover kicks as well as Benn?

Does he have the hands or route running ability as Hurns, or the overall physical ability as Robinson.

At this point, I think Robinson stays and Lee is gone.  But even if Lee leaves, I can't see Greene staying on another year, barring injury.

Earlier this season I found myself feeling relieved about punt returns... I was no longer worrying that every punt could be muffed unless we had the fair-catch machine back there. And that was before Mickens really went wild on returns.

Greene got a one year reprieve when he got injured, but he's going to have to really show out in OTAs and training camp to have a chance at making this roster. Just my opinion, but right now I just don't see a spot for him.

Would you guys be interested in any of these guys for next year?
Donte Moncrief, Terrelle Pryor, Jordan Matthews, Paul Richardson, Cobb or Davante Adams could be cut too.

Adams is their best receiver, including Jordy, I don't see him being cut.
I wouldn't mind adding a number of these guys...

But they'll all be looking for some sort of payday... so.. if we're gonna pay one of them, why not Lee?
I could see all those guys getting more or similar money than Lee would ask for outside of Pryor maybe.

Some of those guys are intriguing, but I'm perfectly happy with a WR group of ARob, Hurns, Westbrook, Cole, and Mickens. Especially if it allows us to pay one of our guys like Colvin or use money to address the OL or go after ASJ, Cameron Brate, or Jimmy Graham. It's pretty amazing the lack of holes this team has when Blake plays well. It wasn't so long ago I was ready to throw the bank at Kirk Cousins. I'm still not 100% sold on Blake but I'm pretty darn close.
