I'm confused, I thought players weren't allowed to wear personalized cleats during a game and that they would be fined if they did so? So guys last year would just wear them during pre-game only?

But this year, I have noticed guys are now wearing personalized cleats during the actual game? (Like Jalen Ramsey with the Arthur closed fist cleats yesterday). When did this change?

They are wearing the personalized cleats before the game during warmups.

I could have sworn I saw Ramsey wearing the same cleats during the game. Maybe I'm wrong.

Pretty sure the Arthur cleats were only pregame. But last year and week 13 this year players will wear custom cleats for "my cleats, my cause" event

Ok so I'm still genuinely confused. I watched our game yesterday and I know for sure I saw several players, including like Jalen, wearing special colored cleats that were different from the rest.

I thought these special cleats weren't allowed? So confused.
