Ironically I was just looking at this stat yesterday. Bortles led the entire league in roughing the passer penalties with 7 and 4 QBs had 5. Brady only had 3. This is a fun chart to play around with. Who would have guessed that over the past decade superstar treatment Josh McCown would lead the league in roughing the passer flags per 100 attempts?
