If he stays healthy, he's going to be a stud.

Honestly if the Browns don't love one of the QBs I don't see how they don't take him.

I would draft Barkley 1 then draft Mayfield at 4.

Looks to be headed towards a draft day tumble. I didn’t care for his reasoning either as to why he performed the way he did.

From CBS sports:

Quote: Brown, who is 6-7, 345 pounds, was asked Thursday about his low bench-press numbers.

"Personally, I didn't stick to my routine, my breathing routine," he said, via the Baltimore Sun's Jeff Zrebiec. That's the lowest number I've done. I'll redo it at my pro day. Keeping it real, all my numbers will be held against me. I'm an offensive tackle and all my numbers are going to be compared to the other offensive tackles. That's just the reality of it."

Brown also touched on his size.

"I've been fat my whole life," he said. "I wish I was fast. If I was fast, 6-2, I'd probably be playing [defensive back], but God blessed me. … It is what it is. I don't necessarily try to live up to his expectations."

Looks like Bo Scarborough’s “official” broad jump was 10’9 not 11’4. Still good nonetheless.

Take the QB you love #1 rather than wait until #4. Way too important.

I'm saying if they don't love one of them. Looks like Rosen is going to be gone by pick 4 based on him being the pretty much consensus best QB. To me Barkley is the best player in the draft and Mayfield is my favorite QB. I'd be shocked if he wasn't there at 4 as well. Plus I don't want the clots potentially snagging Barkley.

Hmmmmm.

I was told by the Fournette booster club last year that RBs possessing both that type of weight and speed only come along once in a generation.

Guess not.

I think it’s safe to say he’s the better prospect.

I dont think Hernandez will make it to our pick. Goedert and Hernandez might be gone by our pick. If they are both gone I would trade back in to the 2nd

I think this is the year the browns have to put up or shut up QB wise. Even if you have two QBs fairly even, take one you like more #1 and let the rest play out.

Everytime they showed Hernandez, the words "yes, please" kept coming from my mouth.

Probably will take a trade up to get him now.

Until you look at the PSU v. Rutgers video. Barkley just stood there and watched a kick-off bounce dead in front of him.  He reacted late and Rutgers got an easy gift on PSU's front door step.

How can you explain his annual lack of production against the University of Indiana?

2017 - 20 rushes for 56 yards
2016 - 33 rushes for 58 yards

This is what I believe the Browns end up doing. They secure Barkley, who won't last until 4 and they still get their franchise QB, (probably Darnold.)

Why? Darnold should still be there at #4, but I guarantee Barkley will be gone. If they love Barkley, take him first overall. You take the best available player.

A franchise QB is infinitely more valuable than a RB, no matter who it is. If Darnold is your guy you take him #1 and don't risk him getting taken at #2 or #3.

Taking a RB #1 and missing on your QB of choice at #4 would be a very browns move though.

Barkley is a unicorn running back. Perfect blend of talent/intangibles/skillset/athletiscm.

And he's still not as valuable as an elite franchise QB. Which is what you believe a guy will be if you take him #1 overall.

Colts are not taking a QB.

If the Browns feel really good about both Rosen and Darnold, You take Barkley at 1.

Or maybe try and work out a trade with the Giants so you get 1 and 2.

Exactly. Even the analysts are saying there's not much difference between the top QB's in this draft.
