Whats the tenant responsible for? Anything?

If the fridge was in the apartment when you rent it...it's their responsibility. If you have to use your own...it's all on you.



Now if they can prove it's something you are doing or not doing that is causing the problem...they might be able to get you for it.

Depends. Some places don't like you to paint...but some places will as long as you paint it white when you leave, or if they approve they colors you choose.

Mine goes up to 60, and since I am missing one digit, if I use both hands to count with? ... it somehow still doesn't equal 69. :wacko:
