Even without seeing much, I believe Kessler will be a thousand times better than Henne.

Kessler doesn't throw deep either, but it's because he doesn't have the arm for it. Henne had the arm for it, but simply wouldn't. That said, Kessler has no problem throwing it as deep as he can, and compared to Henne he's a breath of fresh air. Heck, he's more accurate than Bortles.
