I love this side of Bipolar Blake. When he is hot he can tear a team up. I love the fact he is reading the defense presnap. It's very positive to see.

It is a basketball term for an assist. In football terms it is usually a nice pass or a TD. Because the QB is like the Point Guard of football.

"Dropping a dime" in football means he threw the ball to the exact, perfect spot.  Dimes are our smallest coins.

He was essentially telling him it was a perfect throw.

From Reddit "In football, a "dime" (in the case of dropping a dime) is usually a well-executed pass play, easy to catch, often resulting in points. This comes from the basketball term, where a dime is slang for an "assist".
