They are getting mauled with holds. When you see the shoulder pads getting turned they normal throw flags but that doesnt happen for us and dont think that is changing.

That dude doesn't know if they're playing man or zone unless the broadcast tells him anyway.
They actually played a lot more man last week than they have in prior game this season. They probably will today too.
