We can continue to recognize when Bortles screws up badly even though the defense is doing its part, too.

It IS on Bortles. He'll get a good pass here and there, but his lack of decision making and accurate throws when it counts stifles the offense.

Its both sides of the ball. Defense doesn't get a free pass. Er... wait... the defense does get (give) a free pass, everytime they drop back into coverage.
