The Eagles were number 1 and played with 5 DBs 70% of the time..

Guess what? We're not the Vikings or Eagles. We're the Jags. It's not working for us this year.

Now we're getting somewhere.  Playing with 5 DBs the majority of the time isn't the reason teams are bad at run defense. More so, poor gap discipline, poor tackling and so so effort are the issues they face, that's our issues, not playing with 5 DBs.

Telvin and Myles run fits have been terrible and we've done a pitiful job spying QBs effectively too. Pair those issues with awful tackling and a propensity for one of our interior players to get doubled.

And even with those issues we are 10th in first downs allowed via the rush. 16th in ypc. 20th in rush yards against.

Basically, yeah the rush defense could be better but that has nothing to do with our use of 5 DBs, we are top 5 in yards against per play when we use 5 DBs.

We rank #26 out of 32 teams in rushing defense. Look it up. I don't care what we were before, this is the situation now.

Why would you look at overall rush yards when yards per carry is more accurate? We're in the top half there still, despite allowing like 20 yards per carry to Henry. We have been quite good against the run this year until the team quit last week.

I agree in finding a new young coach, but uh... the score is 8-6 Bears... not really killing the Bears.

He's being a sarcastic idiot who thinks 2 quarters > 12 games.
