I'm not. Caldwell has actually drafted multiple pro-bowl level players for us. He hasn't had a great hit on Rb or QB, but anywhere else his picks have been good.

This season reminds me alot of 2008, and when we blew it up back then it was the wrong call. I think blowing it up now would also be the wrong call. A decent RB and QB, plus our actual starting offensive line and we are a playoff team. I don't know what we can do about the QB cause rookies don't usually come out hot, but the line, TE's and RB should be easy fixes.

I think staying the course for one more year was the right call in this instance.

Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster

He’s also missed on every first rounder except Ramsey (which was a no brainer).

No brainer? 4 teams passed over him.

Zero confidence in any of our coaching staff or front office. We could hit on some key players in the draft, but I wouldn't expect much in terms of next season. This coaching staff will not get the best out of the players. In fact, I wonder how the current players are taking this? I feel like the staff has already to some degree lost the players.

Can't tell if you are kidding or not. Caldwell has been completely dreadful.

As long as we end up with Haskins or Grier in the draft I can live with no change I guess.

I hope my automobiles don't have a bumper manufactured by Shad's company. It is likely to fall off in the middle of the freeway.

You should have used alcohol as an excuse, the alternative explanations as to how you think Caldwell has picked good everywhere except QB and RB are even worse.

I'm sure Krazy the Ringleader will be along to emote soon enough. He can't show for the actual games, but he can sure be here to piss himself afterward.

Shad doing this on purpose. Low attendance in 2019 and 20. Announce a move after the 20’ season. Leave when lease ends.

Let's pretend keeping Coughlin and Caldwell was a good idea. I really don't understand the Marrone decision. He has lost his grip on this team and the guys don't even play hard for him anymore.

It was a no brainer. Who else was left to take? Buckner?

2 QBs. Bosa and Jerry fell in love with Zeke. Ramsey was an extremely easy pick to make.

Agreed. Marrone is horrible. He got worst no better when the chips were down.

Lou Brown = Doug Marrone

For the life of me, I can't understand why people feel the need to defend Dave Caldwell. It is insane.

I'm sure we'll hear something about how Marrone has the respect of the locker room, and was handed an impossible situation with injuries, blah blah blah.

No excuse for Doug Moron keeping his job. We have a great defense and a limited window. Don't let it slam with an idiot coach.
