Every team has divas. Get over the diva crap.

This is absolutely hilarious.

You want to get rid of Ramsey but you call people stupid for not wanting Brown in another thread.

Absolutely fantastic logic.

My logic is that WR is a priority skill position in today's NFL. Ramsey gives up 100+ yard games to good receivers routinely and is placed on his pedestal of being great.

With the exception of AB last year (not this year as the 70 yard TD came when he was covered by Gipson from the slot in zone coverage) and DeAndre Hopkins. What WR's has Ramsey given up 100 yards too?!?! Alshon is the closest with 90 or so his rookie year. But Ramsey rarely if ever lets up 100 yards to the guy he's marking.

This is a ridiculous narrative. Jalen is a STUD.
Championship Formula:

1) Draft Trevor Lawrence!
2) Play good physical Defense!
3) Keep 91% of the roster healthy!
4) ???
5) Blank #2
6) CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

If it were up to stroudcrowd the jags wouldn’t be able to field a damn team each year.

You don’t get rid of Jalen because he hurt your feelings. He is one of the best in the game today.

If you have this supposed "shutdown" corner on your team, isn't it more concerning to you that the HC has yet to fire the coordinator who uses this so called shutdown corner in a zone scheme?

If the opposing WR's routinely go over 100 yet it's never Jalen's fault, then you may as well not pay him and continue letting opposing receivers go over 100.

Name more 5 games where a receiver had 100 yards against Jalen over the last two seasons.

"shutdown corner" has never really been the take on Ramsey.

Freakshow athlete with the ability to overcome lapses in technique has been more prevalent in my recollection. Which is probably why many saw him as a FS. Nonetheless - he has held some very good receivers to low numbers repeatedly.

While I'd like to see Wash play some more aggressive varieties of zone coverage at times, the Jags defense plays a very normal amount of man vs zone when compared to other successful NFL defensive units.

The second bit in your post just sounds like you have no clue who Jalen was actually covering in games.

Odd how your post said absolutely nothing about this since that was 'your point' and all, only that he was a 'locker room cancer'.  AB is ten times worse of a cancer as well as a diva.  Try again.

This year was a learning process for Ramsey. I think he'll be better for it. We're not trading him. Fournette, now that's a real possibility. Ramsey, no. THE END.
Let's Get Em!!!! Go Jags!

No he didn't lol What are you watching? Name all the receivers that Ramsey single handily gave up 100+ yards to. Would love to see the list.

Also, WR isn't the priority skill position. NE, Chicago, Philly, Seattle, LA and Dallas don't have primetime WRs. They have a compilation of good receivers. It is and always has been about the QB.

QB. Guys who block for the QB. Guys who can sack the QB. Guys who can cover guys who catch passes. That's your order.

I would have loved to see him at Safety actually - Had Adams or Lattimore been selected, you could have moved him back to Pair a nasty Safety or Corner duo

Why do we need someone who can cover the guy who throws to the QB??? That happens maybe once every couple games a season, if that.

Yes, let's move our best corner to safety. That's how you win games.

How exactly is Ramsey a "locker room cancer"? The team and fans love him and hes an amazing player. Let the "cancer" spread.

Not just our best, but a top 3 in the League corner.

StroudCrowd, are you gonna explain how Ramsey is a locker room cancer when he is loved by the team and fans, and show us all those games that receivers ROUTINELY go over 100 yards against Ramsey?
