I highly doubt it. If he has a strong game/combine/pro day he could maybe be a mid to late 1st rd pick. We'd have to trade pick into the first to get him

Carr did what Carr does at Fresno (except when playing tough USC) 2 swing passes, and a pass to a wide open player who didn't have a defender within 10 yards who waltzed into the EZ.
