Pats have done a nice job with starting field position for drives. Been backed up a few times now, they can go 98 yards but not looking like it tonight.

That's my point. The D's have been better than the O's. Nothing wrong with that

I'm not one of the 50-49 lot.

Ok then that's my bad, I read/took your post wrong.

Mainly because I'm just used to people blaming the Offense for everything and never giving Defense any credit lol.

Lol, commentators celebrating a punt! That could be huge though, Pats would have had great field position.

Rams O got to try something different, try and build some momentum. 8 straight punts isn't going to do it for you.

Tom got old and may have turned the corner this year on the end. He will probably still win the game today but his throws are a tad off. It helps that the Rams have a good defense for sure.

Even if I am wrong, I sure hope to be right.

Oh I get you dude, I can appreciate a 9-6 slugfest, I want to see teams have to beat each other not just a scorefest and who has the ball last.

It's all good

This game could go on for some time.

True but the Saints play tailed off going into the post season.  I am not sure it would be much better of a game.

I think it's hilarious that after the league and the officiating have been almost militantly partisan for high scoring offensive games all season long, the championship game is a defensive slug fest.

^ It's awesome. They've tried so hard to turn the game into a Madden/Arena football game,, and the title game is a complete struggle for a couple of the best offenses in the league.

Good stuff.

Agree with you guys, and it's simple man coverage and D line bullying the O lines. The league really needs to try and improve the overall quality of depth of O lines across the league, if you give the QB no time and can't open running lanes your not going to do much.

Love it.

He's had so many weapons all season but it's falling more and more onto him to make it happen. Gurley has disappeared again, Cooks us getting doubled and he's not getting much from anyone else. Plus he's taken a fair few hits but he's had a few bad throws and decisions but he keeps getting up.

Ouch on that sideline hit.
