Jaguar's Forum Annual Participatory Mock Draft Extravaganza!

(This post was last modified: 01-27-2014, 02:52 AM by HIGH SCORE.)

Let's do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Y'all know the drill. Lets start picking teams and we will iron out the wrinkles in the meantime. In the past I have stipulated that trades were not allowed- in an effort to simplify things. That was met with mixed reactions, so that's one of the things I suppose we could discuss.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RULES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

*Three rounds (people usually lose interest past three rounds, but we can keep it going if necessary)

*First come first serve when it comes to selecting teams

*One team per poster

*Draft starts 24 hours after the last team is selected

*GM has 12 hours to make their selection (Most of us are on here enough to where this shouldn't be an issue)

*If GM fails to make pick in allotted time, I will make the pick based on suggestions from other posters via PM

*No trades (I still think this is the best idea as it prevents GMs from making outlandish trades with no real world repercussions.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me know what you think, I'm open to suggestions regarding the rules.

In the meantime, start picking teams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Damn my phone doesn't have Comic Sans so it replaced it with some impossible to read and less hilarious script font.

Sorry phone people.

I have somewhat of a suggestion. It would be interesting to run another one of these right before the draft, ideally with the same posters choosing for the same team. I think it would be fun to compare the differences in the picks and the reactions to them over the timeframe.

I'm all for allowing trades. Why not allow them reserving the authority to veto them when they are apparently unfair?

in classic jets fashion whoever you pick first has to be OVERTHETOP so it fits in with the media circus that is the jets. I say you trade your first round pick to bring tebow back!
