Not from the judicial system and or the police department unless an warrant is issued. Tallahassee will send you a notice that your license will be suspended along/w your tag. Keep in mind that 4Nette wasn't in town during the off season.

The only furnishings in their ~800K homes were in the video game room, living room (tv and couches) and there's usually an odd bedroom that's just piles and piles of shoe boxes and athletic gear sent to them by endorsements and potential endorsements. 
I remember this one guy had about $30K worth of nice custom cabinets in his new house but they had nothing in them but mismatched thrift store dishes/cutlery from his college apartment. 

Assuming these guys are organized with their finances (and otherwise) because they have a few million dollars is not wise IMO.

I've never understood why professional team don't just have drivers available 24/7 for all their players. Just from a PR issue, I would suspect it would be cheaper than most suspensions and PR hits that players and team take from issues from traffic violations, accidents, DUI/DWI, and possibly even other issues.

Maybe for every player is overkill, but why not all players who have contracts over a certain amount. Lots of corporations pay for drivers for their key employees, especially those with salaries > than $1 million/year.

Agreed on the above on both counts. I don't linger around the Political forum too much. But I have seen it get pretty funky and funny over there. 

And, again. I have yet to call for Fournette's release, suspension or trade personally. I want him here. I want him to succeed. I just can't understand why some people on here can't simply come to the conclusion that most fans are tired of seeing dumb [BLEEP] like this involving him. 

I don't care if he's Joe Blow down the street, the President of the United States or identifies as a level 50 Mohawk Warrior that hails from "Parts Unknown" like the Undertaker. I see Fournette is a speed demon just like everybody in Jax thinks they are.  I would humble that non driving fool who thinks they can drive. My car and skills would obliterate anything Fournette drives. Anybody can drive fast in a straight line and weave like a idiot between cars.  It's braking into corners and exiting corners, taking the correct lines, being smooth,  that make a good driver. I would smoke him at autobahn speedway, shifter karts, drag racing, autocross.  "It's  not whether you win by an inch or a mile, winning is winning"

When I was a 21 year old marine, I had a warrant out for my arrest for failing to pay a ticket. A cop had pulled me over a few months earlier for not having a license on the front and back of my vehicle (since I was registered in Florida, that wasn't a requirement). I thought I had it handled after a phone call, but, for whatever reason, it didn't go through. I had been driving on a suspended license for 2 months. I went to the court, paid a fee, and had it handled. The funny thing is, the cop told me he was hitting his quotas and chose that infraction because it was benign, but it could have ended up turning out really badly for me. I could have been in the exact same situation as Fournette. As far as arrests go, this is the most mild thing possible.

HOWEVER, the thing that bothers me, if true, is the "whatever man" response to the police. I understand not seeing them as a friend, but it frustrates me that he showed no contrition. This is not worthy of a suspension by the team or the league. That said, I do think that it would be ideal if he showed some humility. It's personal preference, obviously, but I believe that type of attitude would help him grow both as a football player and a person. Just my 2 cents.
