Two throws to the flats that the receives had to jump for (Swaim and Fournette). Hopefully Foles is able to get those down as the season progresses; stopping momentum on short passes defeats the purpose of those passes. He had a nice throw to Conley though, so this isn't completely dumping on Foles. Just an early observation.

Edit: And then a beautiful throw to Chark (and beautiful catch as well).
