Fix the O-Line!

Instead of listening to his body he might want to start listening to his brain get on the field and show why another team might want him. If he is truly injured then I don’t think anyone would expect them to play. I don’t know whether to believe him or not at this point. If it turns out that he’s just milking this injury because he doesn’t want to play then I’d send him home and tell him to come back when he’s ready to play football let them sit out the year or grow up.

I like competitiveness across the board. Even if it's practice or a walk through. It should only bring out the best in your teammates. Nobody's asking him to put out a WR or TE with Ronnie Lott like hits over the middle of course. But if it's just a case of playing the ball or trying to jam a receiver or break up a pass? All is fair. 

These guys barely practice now anyway. They get off easy in today's NFL.

I believe it was Ertz. But I don't recall his name being thrown out there in particular. I do know that a pair of 1st RD picks were turned down. They could very well be thinking of trading him off still but they're pushing it up to the deadline as much as they can to see if they can get even more value out of a trade with someone. Makes sense. 

I think Khan is just trying to keep a good public image for his Franchise. Players will come and go. As will coaches. Owners tend to stick around forever since they're obviously invested in it for the long haul. It's interesting that we've seen comments made now publicly from just about everybody EXCEPT for Dave Caldwell and Tom Coughlin. 

It's smart business. Then after they trade him Khan can always say "Hey, I offered him a king's ransom on paper. He didn't want it. And I cannot force a player to stay here if he doesn't want to be here. So we did what was best for our team, our fans and this city and for Jalen and his family". 

Good PR.

The only offer I ever heard about was a 1 and a 2 and a 3rd string TE from Balt.
Which we absolutely should have balked at.

Jags still hold the cards in this Ramsey fiasco. Teams either pay up what he's worth or we force him to stick around here until his contract is up, imo.
And then we can tag and play hardball that way too or let him walk and collect a comp pick, which wouldn't be ideal but that's the game of chicken the team has to play right now I think

Hmm... IDK. I never heard any details about the Eagles offering anything so I can't confirm.

Not sure I'd take that though. Ramsey and a 2nd (2020) for a 1st and a future 1st (2020, 2021) I ain't feeling that.
