Rookies generally need a year in the program to compete with the big boys. He's college strong which is just average in the NFL.

It was just a good play design. The two other receivers cleared out that area of the zone and MT ran an out right to the open spot.  

It's a smart call against zone and EVERY single NFL team plays zone defense between 20-60% of the time.
