Culture has to continue to grow, evolve, and compensate for change. We are dealing with 100+ everevolving players, coaches, trainers, execs, and etc. Culture has to be reestablished and managed year to year

The big thing we need is consistency. You cant build a culture or a style if your constantly changing big parts of your team.

Who are our Vet players? Who are our leaders? Whatever you may think of them, players like Poz, Telvin and Ramsey were those guys but they are all gone. You need a core of guys, here for a career, all in on bringing a SB to Jacksonville.

It's been an issue for some time. We have blown so many first round picks over the years and we cant keep the ones that do turn good.

Thank you. They keep making it try to seem different from what is was. They should have never let Poz go but it had nothing to do with the players. Ramsey talked and backed it up he and Telvin are passionate. If Ramsey would have got a contract earlier he wouldn't have acted out like that. This is a case of a bad Front office. They keep making mistakes that set us back. The front office has to look as themselves and see what they have done to continously put us in a rebuild mode all but 1 year.smh

Because he's a D-linemen with his own job to do. I'm sure the D-linemen room is very business-like and professional. He doesn't have the time to babysit every position.

They used to have a history of producing upstanding men like Edgar Bennett and Warrick Dunn. 

They’ve fallen far from that bar at present.

Players don't care about winning championships or their team at the end of the day unless they're the Patriots. It's all about that guaranteed $$ and how well the team happens to be doing. We won with him and without him already this season, we were in the midst of a tough divisional battle and Ramsey quit on his team in the middle of the season.... remember Vontae Davis retiring at halftime? It's about that bad. If he was so concerned about his contract and wanted to be a sideshow he should have done it in the offseason.

Remember how winning the last game against Indy in 2011 was supposed to instill a winning culture?

Pffft.

The only thing that instills a winning culture is winning. The only way to win is to have good talent and good coaching.

A team can be full of [BLEEP], but if they win every week, no one cares they are [BLEEP].
It can be full of good guys (the Gene Smith approach) and no one gives a crap they are good guys if you're losing.

That's the simplest way I can think of it.
