That's true you make a good point, but at least Minshew was good this week unlike last week. He's probably good for 4th rookie of the week this week though since Jones, Bosa, and Allen all went bonkers too.

Minshew is up for Rookie of the Week again, but this time, the competition is probably too strong. Bosa had 3 sacks and an interception, and Daniel Jones had over 300 yards passing and 4 TDs, although in a loss.

Here’s the way I look at it...

Minshew winning is good for the entire team and the city / fan base. Bosa wins it, good for him but no one pays much attention and the world moves on. Minshew winning it means more eyes on him because people are now paying attention, which mean more eyes on the jags in a positive light and we all know that doesn’t happen very often, if ever! So “deserving” or not, my fluffy bunny butt is voting for OUR guy because it’s nice to see something good happening and not just being the butt a league wide joke #becausejaguars !

Hypocritical? Most definitely...but I couldn’t care less if I tried! Banana

Meh, I'll always pick a good QB performance over an amazing any other position performance.

QB is the only position that is battling everyone out there, including the opposing coaches.

I've never said what someone is allowed to do. If you're fine living with the hypocrisy that's cool. I actually respect the people who said something along the lines of "well we're used to getting screwed by fan votes so now it's our turn".
