Bortles if Caldwell thinks he's worth it.
If not... then anybody but Matthews or a position that's not worth a 1st.
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
Watkins/Mack
Manziel on the fringes (I would be wringing my hands, praying for the kid though) We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Quote:If Teddy and Clowney go 1 and 2 and Dave doesnt trade back, who do you like at 3?If Teddy and Clowney are still there at three why want them? Bridgewater is not an elite talent. As much as we all hoped he would show elite qualities with another year of college football, he did not. I think NFL teams refrain from taking average quarterbacks that high in the draft. If I want the Jaguars to start throwing picks at a elite, franchise quarterback prospect, I don't want them to do it a year early. Teddy is not worth losing a lot of draft picks. Since we already know he is not elite talent why take him at all, let alone at a cost of two or three picks? Before we glorify the Jaguars' offensive line as Teddy's sedan drivers, we need to balance the fact that they are awful. 50 sacks per year is abusive to any quarterback. Teddy is not built like a tank, ya know? As for Clowney, he's a dangerous player until you throw a pot on him. Then he's neutralized, ineffectual, and invisible all at the same time. All the talk about him is too tall for a guy that produced just three sacks against normal pass protection.

Quote:If Teddy and Clowney are still there at three why want them? How long will you stay mired in your delusions????? The only glaring flaws with Bridgewater is size and lack of a cannon arm. Everything else is elite. It would behoove us to draft him if he is available Clowney is a freak, if Bridgewater isn't available and Clowney is, would be difficult to pass over him. Dee Ford if we can't trade back a few spots. I think when it's all said and done, Ford will be a top 10 pick so why not take him at 3..

Bortles, Watkins, or Mack. It's going to be very difficult for me to be disappointed in whatever Caldwell does. I love 5 players at the top.
Id be happy with Barr or Mack...screw it maybe even Watkins. Hasn't Barr been labeled the safest bet in the draft? Guys like him worry me after the Aaron Curry fiasco. Funny that that was the last "bust" it seems like Seattle has had

Right now Manziel or Bortles. Right now it doesn't really matter though. Last year at this time Geno Smith, Damontre Moore & Jarvis Jones were top 10 locks. Jones went the highest as a mid rd. 1, followed by Smith in rd. 2 then Moore in rd. 3. I'm a fan of Manziel, but then again I'm not doing the drafting.
